Using your email address every time a site requests is asking for trouble. Has this ever happened to you? You need to download a printer driver and the site asks for your email address before allowing you to enter the site. They are not asking you to register, they only want your email address. It can be a great nuisance since you know your inbox will grow every time you give out your email. It doesn't have to be that way. Instead obtain a free email address from one of the many free companies offering one, (Yahoo and MSN among a few), and use that email address for anything that's not important.
